All Saints Church School joyfully celebrated Children’s Day with great enthusiasm and excitement. The programme began with a solemn prayer, followed by a short speech highlighting the significance of celebrating 14th November, the birth anniversary of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, who loved children dearly.
A quiz competition based on the life of Nehru was conducted to engage the students and enrich their knowledge. Our music teacher presented a beautiful and melodious song, “Iti si hansi, itni si khushi,” which added charm to the celebration.
A Fancy Dress Competition was organised for the students of Nursery to Prep:
Nursery: Fruits and Vegetables
KG: Cartoon Characters
Prep: National Leaders and Wildlife
The little ones confidently showcased their creativity and enthusiasm on stage, making the event colourful and lively.
Throughout the day, class teachers remained with their students, conducting various fun-filled activities and games. The children thoroughly enjoyed the warmth, care, and joyful environment created for them.Drawing competition was held for classes 6 to 12.
At the end of the programme, chocolates and prizes were distributed to the students by the school, making the day even more memorable.
Overall, the celebration beautifully reflected the innocence, happiness, and spirit of childhood.
